About
You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or shaped by past experiences that still affect how you see yourself and relate to others. You might be carrying anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, or long-standing stress while trying to hold it together for work, relationships, or family. You want to feel understood, safe, and supported, but asking for help feels vulnerable. You may be seeking healing, clarity, healthier relationships, or a deeper sense of peace, purpose, and confidence as you move forward in life. My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I use Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space while helping clients develop insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills. For those who desire it, I integrate a Christian perspective rooted in grace.
