As a therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. My approach is centered on providing a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and challenges. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, however, I believe in using a multi-dimensional approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or family, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques. I work with clients facing a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, communication, relationships, and life transitions.
