The clients I support are complex and have lived individual lives. They have faced their own experiences, and just need a hand exploring their depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, attachment insecurities, and anything else that weighs heavily for them. In many cases, my clients want to repair relationships within their families and their communities, and must overcome other barriers in order to have healthy relationships.
