As a therapist with both clinical and lived experience managing OCD (and ADHD), I understand the exhaustion of constantly being trapped in "what if" loops and mental checking that no one else can see. Being stuck in your head, feeling paralyzed from thoughts, and endlessly seeking reassurance or certainty is a heavy load to carry. OCD often involves anxiety, ADHD, depression, and panic as well - making it multi-faceted and sneaky in how it shows up for each individual. I witness the guilt, shame, and difficulty managing symptoms with my clients (and myself at times), and I'm passionate about helping find relief and mental clarity.
