Are you feeling stuck? Do you need a objective person to listen to you? I am licensed clinical social worker and certified eating disorders therapist who helps individuals overcome their obstacles and achieve their goals. I do this through a combination of cognitive and dialectical behavior theories, trauma informed modalities, and psychodynamic techniques. Furthermore, I have had training at the Seleni Institute, the Women's Therapy Centre Institute, Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia, and the Albert Ellis Institute to further my clinical expertise. I also have a particular interest in college and graduate students after working in the counseling centers at Hunter College and Pratt Institute.
