About

Change is constant and often uncertain and uncomfortable. I believe it takes a great amount of bravery and vulnerability to create and embrace change in our lives. Because of my own personal life experiences, I have a strong passion for this helping profession. It brings me great joy seeing others live up to their truest potential. I believe we all deserve to feel seen and heard as we navigate difficult phases in life. My goal is to create a safe space where together we can explore and maneuver through life’s challenges. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling at Ottawa University in December 2024. I have an undergraduate degree in Addiction Counseling and Psychology and have experience working with clients with a wide range of substance use disorders and other co-occurring disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other trauma related concerns.
