Hello! I know starting therapy can feel scary, but therapy itself doesn’t have to be. My clients have often told me that they feel safe, respected, and understood. I’m a generalist by training, and best equipped to help with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, identity concerns, role transitions, LGBTIA+/queer concerns, rural/small community concerns, college-aged clients, and experiences of oppression.
