I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an LGBTQ+ ally with specialized training in EMDR trauma therapy. I come to this work with a deep sense of purpose, shaped by my own experience serving in the military and witnessing the profound impact trauma can have on individuals and communities. I’ve supported a wide range of clients—including veterans, first responders, recently resettled refugees, athletes and families in the foster care system. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and integrative—I believe in treating the mind and body as one. Clients often describe me as gentle, direct and deeply supportive.
