I work with clients across the lifespan, from childhood through older age. I create wellness-focused relationships that encourage clients to find and live their best life. I do not offer judgement, simply a space for thoughtful exploration and implementation of new, sometimes difficult changes. Client needs vary from anxiety, depression, relationship stress, school or work issues, addictions, and sexual discovery. I offer flexible scheduling and am a distance credentialed, meaning we can conduct therapy through the use of technology.
