My approach to therapy is largely humanistic, Strengths-Based, and interactive to best meet your individual needs and goals. I primarily work with individuals to navigate a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and managing life’s transitions. As a therapist, my style is compassionate, warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe in the inherent resilience of the human spirit to heal, learn, and grow. I provide a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to cultivate a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
