I'm so happy that you're here, reaching out during difficult times is so important. I have experience working with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and those on the autism spectrum. Working on interpersonal skills and self esteem is something I feel is so important for everyone to be the best version of themselves, and so I try to work it in with all clients. Using a collaborative effort, I work alongside my clients to help them reach their goals. It's important to me that you feel comfortable with every step we take.
