About
Life can start to feel smaller when you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. I help college students, young adults, and creatives who feel stuck in perfectionism or unsure of who they’re becoming. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the pressure to have it all figured out—so you can reconnect with curiosity, confidence, and meaning in daily life. I also support people in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships as they navigate jealousy, communication, and trust with openness and compassion. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and unafraid of the hard stuff. Clients often tell me they feel understood quickly—I’m direct, self-aware, and comfortable with the messy, complicated parts of life. I draw on relational psychodynamic therapy while integrating practical tools from CBT and DBT, always focusing on what supports growth and connection.
