I am a dynamic clinician who will meet each session with compassion and enthusiasm. I provide a genuinely person-centered approach to psychotherapy, with a specialization in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I pride myself on collaborating effectively with individuals and their resources to improve problems and overall well-being. I practice from a trauma and development forward, Feminist perspective. I am culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ friendly. All bodies, all identities, and all relational styles are welcome. I love humans and strive to be a safe space where hard stories cab be told.
