Or perhaps you’re in the postpartum period and realizing that this season is far more emotional or all encompassing than you expected. You want to show up in parenthood feeling regulated, connected, and clear about the kind of family culture you’re building rather than overwhelmed by fear, expectation or a history of trauma. You want to feel aligned with your values as a parent. You want to trust yourself and your partner. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado specializing in support for new and emergent parents as they navigate and plan for parenthood, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I also offer trauma-focused therapy for adolescents, young adults, and their parents. My therapy style is relational and non-judgmental; reverent and light-hearted.
