I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety. As challenging as it can be for a child to work towards facing their fears, I focus on building up motivation to push through these challenges and work towards learning strategies and skills to help themselves. I believe that working with children and adolescents requires a very specific skill set and my experience and training has allowed me to concentrate on meeting the unique needs of children, early adolescents, and their parents.
