My clinical focus includes stress, anxiety and anger management as well as depression, mood disorders, interpersonal problem solving and workplace dynamics. I also specialize in parenting both teenagers and young children including those with developmental and behavioral challenges. My skill set includes coping with the realities of aging parents as well as grief and loss. In addition, my expertise includes helping women through pregnancy, post-partum and perinatal loss. I work with adults ages 21 and up. I serve the LGBTQ population as well as those who are neurodivergent. I am client centered and solution focused.
