My therapeutic approach is relational, reflective, and humanist. I believe that acceptance, and safety are important aspects of engendering connection with people. I prioritize understanding individuals’ subjective experiences that culminate to influence their reality. I am trained in trauma-informed approaches but use an eclectic style of treatment approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Relational-Cultural, Feminist, Somatic Theories and interventions. Please come as you are, and engage in strengths and solutions based, self-directed work. I believe we can all find more empathy toward ourselves.
