My ideal client is seeking therapy for a variety of reasons and may or may not feel ready to make sustainable life changes. My clients are looking for a clinician who validates their experience while working together to identify sources of strength. My clients may be tired of therapy "buzz word" interventions and coping tools and are looking for individualized treatment to meet them where they are. My clients may be allied/ LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, struggling with anxiety, depression or suicidality. My clients want to explore realistic solutions that actually work for them.
