In my practice, I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship distress. I partner with adult clients with calm, curiosity, and compassion creating a toward healing, greater emotional connection, and deeper sense of well being. My work integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including attachment-based, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and emotionally focused modalities. I have advanced training in IFS, AEDP, and EMDR, and as a Certified EMDR Therapist, I provide specialized treatment focused on reducing emotional pain and supporting meaningful, lasting healing.
