My clients are people who are invested in change, seeking to love themselves, and who are ready to take a look inward and say, “I want something better for myself each day.” I am passionate about diversity and equity and believe all people deserve access to affordable, quality therapy regardless of who they are, who they love, where they come from, or what they look like. My goal is to help clients reach their emotional health goals while showing kindness and, most importantly, helping folks learn how to show themselves kindness.
