Allison provides individual therapy for teens and adults who are ready to address depression, anxiety, body dysmorphic disorder, eating disorders, OCD, neurodiversity, and trauma, whether ongoing or rooted in the past. Clients often find that Allison helps them gain insights into how their past experiences impact their current lives and relationships. She has a special focus of LGBTQIA+, military children and families, neurodiversity, and the intersectionality of trauma. She helps individuals develop healthier thinking patterns, coping strategies, and communication skills.
