About

As a former school counselor, I am extremely passionate about supporting children and teens through struggles with their mental health. However, I also feel honored to walk through major life moments with my adult clients. I have experience working with populations (all ages) experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I aim to assist with management of symptoms as well as building coping strategies and processing life experiences. Additionally, I have the experience of working in the education field as a school counselor. I am very familiar with the struggles faced by educators as well as children.
