I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Positive Discipline educator specializing in trauma therapy, parenting support, and perinatal counseling. I am trained in grief, trauma & crisis and EMDR. I look forward to meeting you and working with you towards your goals! My specialties include parent-child behavioral support through a positive discipline and parent-child interaction therapy lens, trauma therapy using EMDR, and supporting new and expecting parents through big life changes. I primarily work with young children (and their parents), teens and adult client populations.
