My goal is to foster a therapeutic space that invites you to experience all of yourself: the light, the dark, and everything in between. As a former early intervention clinician, I have particular expertise in addressing the needs of young children and their parents. I bring a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, using evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-informed care, expressive arts, and IFS. My goal is to help you understand how your experiences shape your emotions and actions, while balancing heavy, difficult work with humor and creativity.
