I am a licensed Psychotherapist whose passion is working with people to improve the quality of their lives. My goal is to create a space for others to feel deeply understood and supported on the path to strengthening self & finding new possibilities and meaning. I practice from a Psychodynamic lens; I’m interested in how the past can inform the present moment, and seek to utilize it as a way to understand how to move forward with increased awareness and insight, and a heightened ability to choose wisely. My work weaves in Eastern practices and Existentialism; I view my role as guiding others home to their own innate wisdom.
