I believe that you have valid reasons to feel and act the way you do, even if those reasons are not yet obvious or known. I am particularly interested in the various relationships that impact your reality and the influence those relationships have on your daily experiences. These include, but are not limited to: the relationships you have with the other people in your life (your family, your boss, your friends, your partner, etc.); the relationship you may have to stress, anxiety, depression, oppression, and trauma; the relationship you have to food and your body; and most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself.
