I am a compassionate and collaborative client-centered therapist, dedicated to helping patients navigate through periods of emotional stress, grief, life transitions, loss, and adjustment to chronic illness. In addition, I specialize in anxiety and depression, relationship issues, body image, and existential concerns. I provide both in person and virtual sessions in Colorado and virtual sessions for my California clients.
