If you’re here, you’re probably overwhelmed, exhausted, or barely holding it together. Maybe you just left a psychiatric hospital, or you feel like you’re one step away from hitting rock bottom. My role is to help you stabilize, get grounded, and build a plan that helps you move forward without sugarcoating, false positivity, or tell you to “try yoga” or “drink more water”. I work with adults (18+) who are in active crisis or rebuilding their lives after one. I help adults in crisis or rebuilding after one. I’m direct and focused on what works right now. I bring professional crisis leadership and lived experience with suicide, plus personal and professional insight into military and police dynamics. You won’t have to explain—I get it. Let’s rebuild.
