About

Being a human can be heavy, but I'm here to help carry the load. I have immediate availability to assist teens, adults, and couples at any stage of their healing journey. As a queer and neurodivergent clinician, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for all identities. Using a sex-positive and anti-oppressive approach, I work with those looking to address longstanding or newly discovered issues, who perhaps struggle with relationships, trauma/complex trauma, gender and sexuality, LGBTQIA+ concerns, past intimate experiences, attachment, or simply existing amidst the turmoil. In my practice, I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, tailoring my approach to what fits you best. I utilize tools from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, narrative therapy, and skills rooted in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). For couples, I am trained in and use emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
