I believe that people do the best they can to get through life and if life isn't going as we expected or hoped for, something is likely getting in the way. It may be reflexive thinking based on past experiences, skills that need to be strengthened, or emotions that are lingering and affecting decision making. My focus is on interrupting these automatic responses by providing perspective and helping you ride the wave of emotions, instead of letting them become the filter through which you see the world. My passion lies in helping people understand how their brain works and developing strategies that align with who you are.
