I am currently accepting new clients. I offer a relaxed, supportive therapy space where humor and lightheartedness are welcome when appropriate. I’m also straightforward and will gently challenge you when it’s helpful. If you’re struggling with work, relationships, boundaries, or more specific concerns, I’m here to help. I work with individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and motivation concerns, school or work stress, and the general weight of the world. I am an AASECT-certified sex therapist and welcome LGBTQ+, gender-affirming, and ENM clients. I also have experience supporting medical care providers.
