My clients are capable and thoughtful. They're often seemingly perfectionists, but are quietly tired. On the outside, they seem to be doing "fine." On the inside, they feel overstimulated, tense or disconnected. They tend to be sensitive, intuitive, reflective and suspect or know they're neurodiverse. They want to feel calmer and steadier, to move through life with more clarity and self-trust.
