At times, you may feel like there isn't enough time or space to stay true to yourself and honor your strengths and visions. The clients I work with may experience various barriers to fully tap into their uniqueness and inner strengths, and they benefit from a safe and affirming space to explore intersectional identities, complex trauma, and stress as well as learning and experimenting with coping skills and alternative behaviors at their own pace. I enjoy supporting individuals that are LGBTQ+, immigrants/alien residents, neurodivergent, navigating complex/intergenerational trauma, and/or experiencing substance use issues.
