Something has to change, you just don’t know where to start. Hi, I’m Allison! I work with people who are overwhelmed, anxious, overstimulated, and done with pretending they’re fine. You don’t want a therapist who just listens and nods. You want someone who: actually gets it, doesn’t judge you for being human, helps you understand what’s happening in your brain and body, and gives you tools you can use that same week, not “someday." In our sessions, we’re real! We talk about the messy middle, the part where you're juggling the kids, the job, the expectations, the mental load, and wondering when you get to breathe.
