Offering evening and weekend appointments! As busy mom and therapist, I understand that scheduling time for yourself and therapy can seem impossible. That is why I offer evening and weekend appointments (via telehealth) where you can get support right from the comfort of your own home. I have extensive experience working with people who are coping with serious illness, stressors of parenting/coparenting, depression, and trauma. I work hard to create a laid back environment that feels supportive and without judgement. Life is busy. Too busy for most of us. Take an hour from your week to focus on your wellbeing and goals.
