I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Registered Play Therapist and trained in EMDR therapy. I love supporting both children and women as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with children ages 3–10, helping them explore feelings, build confidence, and process anxiety, behavior challenges, or big life changes through Play Therapy. I also partner with parents to strengthen connection and foster calm, confident relationships at home. Using EMDR alongside ACT and CBT, I help women process past experiences, heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and reconnect with their inner strength.
