As a therapist I bring my authentic self to the work I do, connecting with people in their strengths as a means of healing and growth. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families with many different needs. I have specialty experience in vicarious trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue. My practice approach is integrative, using a combination of evidence-based techniques and and client-focused connection to help you feel seen and encouraged.
