Welcome! I specialize in family/relationship dynamics, LGBTQIA+ experiences, substance abuse disorders, everyday life transitions, and varying mental health concerns such as OCD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Not only do I pull from my clinical training in these topics, but also from my lived experiences and how they have affected not only me, but my relationships and family. These include being queer, a parent, a transplant from the midwest, and experiencing childhood trauma.
