I see teens and adults who are seeking support in working through issues relating to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, postpartum, substance abuse, co-occuring disorders, relational discord/dynamics, and difficult life transitions. I'm especially interested in helping others heal core conflicts and internal struggles while offering non-judgmental compassion and encouragement, in order to support others in being their true selves. I've adopted a holistic approach to growth and progress as I encourage others to accept and enhance parts of self.
