I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I enjoy helping clients develop healthy relationships with themselves, others and the world around them. I work with clients on ways of expressing themselves and fostering an understanding of themselves to succeed and thrive. I have experience in working with trauma, attachment disorders, anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD and ASD. I specialize in treating trauma and am EMDR trained and also have a specialty in providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults, but have many years of experience in providing therapy to clients of all ages. I am EMDR trained and also integrate DBT skills, Internal Family System Skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work. I have many years of experience working specifically with children and adolescents as well as family work and helping support caregivers. Understanding past and present family dynamics is also an important part of the therapy work I do.
