If you've found yourself in a period of your life where you're in need of more support and struggling with depression, adjustment to new life circumstances or increased anxiety, you are not alone and don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I have a passion for working with people who are facing similar challenges, with a goal to guide them to insights so that they feel better/best equipped to tackle life difficulties independently. I work with people to reduce shame and guilt all while learning to increase self love, confidence and acceptance.
