I work with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns that insight alone hasn't resolved. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, or difficulties in relationships and intimacy. I am also certified in sex therapy and support individuals and couples working to improve connection, desire, and wellbeing. My approach is somatic and relational, integrating attention to the nervous system alongside insight-based work. Our work is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in safety and meaningful change.
