I often work with individuals who appear to be managing well on the outside, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many carry pressure, expectations, and responsibilities, and sometimes turn to coping strategies—including substances—to manage stress. I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s beneath the stress, better understand your emotional experiences, and reconnect with your needs, values, and sense of self. My approach is person-centered, integrative, and mind-body focused, honoring how emotional wellbeing is shaped by both life experiences and the nervous system.
