As the founder of Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling and an integrative mental health clinician with over 25 years of experience in neonatal and maternal care. A Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, I integrate evidence-based mental health counseling with integrative medicine and holistic modalities, including yoga therapy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness. She specializes in supporting women and families through infertility, birth trauma, NICU experiences, postpartum mood disorders, grief and loss, and clinician burnout. I am passionate about bridging medicine
