I am here to learn about you, hear your story, and work with you on solution to feel better emotionally and physically. My ideal client is motivated to make meaningful changes in their life and feels motivated to make those changes. Together, we focus on building awareness, resilience, and tools for healing in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
