I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my work, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore, grow, and heal. Before starting my clinical training, I spent four years as a Montessori teacher—an experience that deeply shaped my relational approach and gave me valuable insight into the dynamics between children, parents, and families. My work centers around couples navigating relationship challenges, families working through conflict, and individuals healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and body image concerns. My approach is grounded in systemic thinking, recognizing how identity, environment, and relationships shape the way we experience the world. I'm trauma-informed, sex-positive, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities. I'm currently completing my final year in Adler University's Master's in Couple and Family Therapy program.
