If you're feeling stuck in your head, second-guessing everything, overwhelmed by anxiety or unsure who you really are, you're not alone. Maybe you’ve lost trust in yourself or feel disconnected from your own voice. That’s where the work begins. I work with teens, young adults, and even connect well with adults who feel lost or just not quite themselves. I specialize in self-discovery by walking alongside as you explore self trust, self compassion, reconnect with your story, and learn to feel more confident.
