I primarily work with preteens and teens struggling with depression and anxiety. Often times, I have seen these presenting issues emerge due to conflicts in identity, within relationships, and even thinking about the future. I also see kids struggling with trauma as well, ranging in varying degrees of traumatic events the child has endured. While many of my kids that I have worked with come from different backgrounds, many strive for the same type of goals: Purpose & meaning, self-awareness, and happiness.
