We are drawn to what is familiar. Most of us learned as children that we had to behave and think in certain ways to survive in our given environments. This knowledge became our childhood coping skills. We utilize these coping skills, which may no longer be effective in our adult relationships and may need to be reevaluated. In addition, we may find that we are depressed, anxious or repeatedly choosing the "wrong" partner, because the familiarity feels safe. I have an empathic understanding of these issues and will help you to explore and move forward so that you can enjoy more happiness in life, with loving, healthy relationships.
