Hello! I'm here to help individuals cope with life's many challenges and transitions. There are many stressors that cause anxiety, shame, anger, and so many other overwhelming feelings making it difficult to move through the world in a healthy way. I provide a space of safety and acceptance for clients to explore those feelings with support of compassion and authenticity. I work with adolescents and adults who are wanting and willing to make those first steps toward positive change. My experience also includes a focus on recovering from break-ups, history of trauma, and the desire to discover "you" again. I prioritize collaboration and empathy in order to build trust and rapport with each client. I will always meet you where you are, and it is from there that we can discuss appropriate resources and tools tailored to your specific needs. My clinical focus involves trauma, relational issues, attachment issues, self esteem, and depression. EMDR trained.
